Match Report
A triangular swimming match was held Wednesday afternoon here at Lavant. The U10 swimmers tried very hard but were up against very strong opposition from Great Ballard and Arundale. The U11 team scored 11 wins out of 18 races including winning 4 out of 4 relays. They won their age group with 151 points with Aundale on 120 and Great Ballard on 125. The overall match result was very close. Only 8 points separated 1st and 3rd. Great Ballard had 246 points, Lavant had 248 points and the winners with 254 points were Arundale. This was great practice to prepare for the Junior Swimming Gala on Monday at 2.00pm.
There will be a parents rounders match on Wednesday at 2pm for Years 3-6 - we look forward to seeing you there!
