Camping Week
All girls in Years 3-6 to wear home clothes Monday to Thursday. Please remember; pillow, sleeping bag, hat, torch, PJs, wash kit, change of clothes, waterproofs, trainers and a warm jumper.
42nd Street
If you are going to see 42nd Street on Monday evening, you must wear full, smart, school uniform. Uniform can be brought in on a hanger and kept neat in Stanier during the day.
Beach Trip
Girls should wear their PE kits, hat, and some beach shoes. Please also make sure that they apply sun cream before they come to school and bring extra with them.
Match Report
The U11 & U10 teams played against Prebendal school yesterday afternoon. The U11s lost the toss and went into bat. They struck the ball well but Prebendal's fielding was excellent. Lavant scored 4 rounders. Prebendal also batted well but Lavant's fielding was spot on and they managed to get all the visitors out for 8 and a half rounders. Both teams were playing well but Lavant had allowed Prebendal to score too many in the first innings so Prebendal won the match 14 - 11. In the U10 match the scores were at 5 and a half to 4 at half time. Prebendal batted in the second innings and scored a good 7 rounders. Lavant's fielding was good at times but a little ragged at others. When Lavant came in to bat Prebendal struggled to find a bowler and tried three girls. Because of this problem lots of half rounders were given. Lavant did score three full rounders and Gabriella Thompson scored a great rounder on the last ball to win the game also by 14 - 11.

U11 and U10 swimming competition at home against Prebendal 3.30-4.30pm, Tuesday 22nd June and U10/9 & U11 Rounders at home against Windlesham 2.30pm, Wednesday 23rd June.
