Competition 2011 and receives her Prize from the Mayor of Chichester.
Congratulations to the following girls whose work has been selected by the Chichester Decorative and Fine Arts Society, to be framed and exhibited at Pallant House. The society received over 300 entries from 23 local schools and had to select only 60 portraits, to frame for a forthcoming exhibition. They selected a record breaking 10 pieces from Lavant House and chose two of our entries to award the First and Second prize! The exhibition was on from 5th to 27th November 2011 at the prestigious Pallant House Gallery and received excellent press reviews.

The Lavant House girls attended a private view on the 3rd of November 2011 and received their prizes from the Mayor of Chichester. Well done to all 16 pupils that worked independently over their summer vacation and attended The Lavant House Art Club to submit entries, your work will also be available to view at the exhibition, via projected images.
