Superhero Day

Had there been an emergency at Lavant House last week, there would have been no problem for the junior girls. Wonder Woman rubbed shoulders with Cat Woman and The Incredibles, as the girls dressed as their favourite superheroes, to raise money for their chosen charity. Funds were swelled further as the girls paid to attempt challenges to test their "super powers", such as carrying a cup of water from one end of the climbing frame to the other without spilling a drop.

The charity has yet to be decided upon. The older girls have researched a number of charities and prepared presentations about these to the others. There will now be a vote to decide which charity the girls wish to support.
