Accommodation

Junior Boarders have their own area which includes 2 rooms with washing and toilet facilities, with a shower room nearby. We can accommodate up to 6 girls in these rooms.

Girls in Forms I - IV share rooms on the top floor with a bathroom.

If possible girls in IVth and Vth Forms have their own rooms with studying facilities.

VIth Formers enjoy a considerable degree of independence in the 6 rooms available in the cottage. They have 2 bathrooms as well as a cosy kitchen and sitting room. They are encouraged to prepare themselves for university life by occasionally cooking for each other.

All girls are encouraged to put their own stamp on their rooms in terms of posters and their own colourful bedding.

Some form of activity is available to the girls every evening during the week and weekends, although girls are also encouraged to make time for themselves so that a healthy balance is achieved.

Winter activities include junior and senior cookery clubs, indoor games, board games, movie nights, summer evenings are spent swimming, cycling, playing rounders etc. Weekend activities vary week by week.
