Fitness Club
Here at Lavant House, fitness is essential to ensure the success of our teams and make sure we are at a level of fitness to help achieve all the success the teams deserve. It is very important to keep fit and healthy. I am to introduce the girls to a large variety of types of fitness training to help them select and decide which types suit them the best. This in turn will allow them to know what they enjoy, encouraging them to keep active outside of school and later on in their lives.
