Pastoral Care

It is very important to us that we know all of our girls very well. The junior staff meet regularly to discuss each girl and suggest ways to help all meet their full potential while with us. We aim to create an environment in which the girls are able to talk to staff about any concerns they might have. The pupils well-being is of utmost importance to us and we work hard to maintain a happy, fun and encouraging environment.

All staff operate an ‘open door' policy for parents and there are termly reports and regular parents' evenings.
