Moving on to Senior School

A careful programme of activities is arranged annually for our own girls moving into the Senior School and for girls from other primary and prep schools who are also joining our Senior School.

The entrance test day in January will offer a small taste of life as a senior, and our own junior school girls will already be familiar with many senior school facilities and staff. 

Mrs van Beek, Head of Lower School, visits every girl in her own school in the summer term with a welcome pack of information and sees the girls again at a New Girls' Afternoon in June.  This is an opportunity for girls and their parents to visit the school and hear presentations from key members of staff and to try on and order uniform.

We find that all of our girls are quickly integrated into the school, taking advantage of all the many and varied opportunities on offer.
